Terms and conditions

To complete before launch: the details of the company operating the shop — name, tax ID, trade register number, registered office. The text below is a template and must be reviewed by legal counsel.

1. Site operator

paharulluitoni.ro is operated by [COMPANY NAME S.R.L.], tax ID [RO00000000], trade register no. [J00/000/0000], registered office [ADDRESS], email salut@paharulluitoni.ro (the “Seller”).

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in RON and include VAT. The Seller may change prices without prior notice; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed. Photos are for illustration only.

3. Sale of alcoholic beverages

Wines are sold only to persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order the buyer declares they are at least 18 years old. The courier may ask for ID on delivery.

4. Orders

An order is accepted once the confirmation email is sent. The Seller may cancel an order in case of unavailable stock, obvious pricing errors or inability to reach the customer, and will inform the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is currently made cash on delivery (cash or card to the courier, where available). Online card payment will be available later.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made by courier within Romania. The delivery fee is shown in the cart before the order is placed; orders above the displayed threshold qualify for free delivery. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from confirmation.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Romanian law (GEO 34/2014), consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, provided the products are sealed and in their original condition. See the Returns policy.

8. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be sent to salut@paharulluitoni.ro. Consumers may use the alternative dispute resolution mechanism (ANPC – SAL: anpc.ro) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ODR: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law.
